Objective

The objective of this project is to develop a web and a mobile (responsive) website which helps Pacgen clients to find products information. The website is informative and due to its nature and the purpose, the aim is to develop a clean, easy-to-use interface with minimal but useful interactions so that it brings a good user experience.

With implementing the right categorizations of the product portfolio and the overall navigation of the website the users of the website can easily find the right content they are looking for withing short time. I have added a small navigation but will large content in categories to help classify the data in a way to forward traffic of users to their respective area of the website. I have selected the theme colors from the Pacgen brand and have added simple and elegant look and feel to make it more professional looking.

Approach

The motivation behind this project was due to its popularity in its region and many people know Pacgen very well. The gap between the user and the website is significantly increasing due to the lack of readability of the website. I spent lots of time brainstorming on the site structure which I designed on the basis of the interviews with the different set of stakeholders. Secondly, I created wireframes to finalize the content architecture of the website. And Finally a final version of design that needed to be approved by the client.

With hard work, I and my team were able to set up a meeting with the VP Marketing, Pacgen to get the approval of the final desgin.

My Role

I was in charge of doing all the UI Design and Front-end Development which were achievable through careful research and planning. Between me and my team, we ideated and tackled on the project together as a team.

RESEARCH & PRODUCTS
The objective of this project is to develop a web and a mobile (responsive) website which helps Pacgen clients to find products information. PIPELINE
The products that Pacgen plans to launch in future or they are in the production those products are shown in the pipeline stage because they are not introduced to the market. There are certain stages of a planned product to go through that pipeline which includes R&D, Preclinical, and other phases. My challenges was to design the graph in the simplest way to highlight this data.
