Meeting Management System

The Meeting Management System (MMS) was required by the Board Members of the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. BMMS purpose was to manage the proposals meetings for the suggested projects for the coming year.

Board Members create meetings for different projects and for each project they create requirements document to discuss on, each member has to contribute the the document for in favor of the project execution or against the project, all the discussions and messages are compiled in one document in the end of the meeting.
